*This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour. *On Day 1, large luggage such as suitcases will be transported from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal to hotels in Kyoto separately by truck.(One article of standard size luggage per customer will be transported free of charge. Any additional items will incur a fee of JPY 2,200 per article, which must be paid on the day.)Baggage is scheduled to arrive at Kyoto on the day following the day it is sent, but the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please note that luggage delivery service on the return trip is limited to hotels and ryokan within Tokyo's 23 wards where customers will be having their accommodation. Luggage cannot be sent to a private residence. Also, the delivery service may not be available for some small hotels or ryokan. Refunds will not be issued even if customers do not use the delivery service. *Transport to Kyoto on Day 2 will be provided from Odawara Station to Kyoto Station via Shin-Yokohama Station. On the trip from Odawara to Shin-Yokohama the tour will use Kodama or Hikari Shinkansen in the non-reserved section, so seating is not guaranteed. *If you would like a vegetarian menu, please inform us at the time of reservation. *Hakone Komagatake Ropeway may be omitted due to heavy traffic. The tour will not be cancelled and refunds will not be issued for this reason. *When Subaru Line roadway to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to road surface freezing, an accident, weather, or other reason, the tour will be taken as high as possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st station. When the tour has to turn back at the 1st station, or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fuji Visitor Center or Lake Kawaguchi. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions. *Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be cancelled and refunds will not be given for this reason. *Mt. Fuji's 5th station is typically 10 to 15 degrees Celsius colder than Tokyo. On tours from autumn to spring, please bring a coat and other warm clothing. *If the Lake Ashi Cruise or Komagatake Ropeway are not running due to inclement weather or maintenance, or as a result of road or organization circumstances, they may be omitted and replaced with one or more of the following: Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani Valley, Hakone Pirate Ship, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Checkpoint, Lake Kawaguchi Cruise, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Hakone Shrine, etc., but this will not be used as a reason to cancel the tour, and refunds will not be given for this reason. *Please note that the tour will not be guided to the seasonal sightseeing spots if the cherry blossoms are not at their best viewing time, or if the tour cannot proceed to Komagatake Ropeway due to road or organization circumstances. *GPS-enabled audio guides are available on this tour in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, French, and Indonesian . Please make a request when booking if you would like an audio guide. There are a limited number of audio guides available, so it may not be possible to provide one for each participant. Also, no refunds will be issued even if the audio guide is unusable due to weak signal, device issues, Wi-Fi malfunction, etc. Please inform us when booking if you would like an audio guide. Requests made on the day of the tour will not be accepted. *During the Gion Festival (Sakimatsuri, July 15 - 16), drop-off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel and Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto will be unavailable due to traffic restrictions. *At Kasuga Taisha Shrine, the tour does not include entrance to areas requiring admission. *Nara Nagomikan may be omitted from the itinerary if it is closed on the day of the tour, or as a result of traffic congestion. *Connection to the Kyoto Night Tour or Kyoto Maiko Dinner is not possible. *The Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed on the following days. As such, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead.(Mondays, Tuesday if Monday is a national holiday, May 14-17 for the Aoi Festival, New Year's holidays, and whenever there is an Imperial Household event). *The tour will visit Nishi Hongan-ji Temple instead of Kitano Tenmangu Shrine on September 25 and December 25. *Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December (Closed on the following day if Tuesday is a holiday.) If closed, or if the tour is during the year-end/New Year's holidays, Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead. *During the Jidai Festival on October 22, the Heian Jingu Shrine is closed to the public and will be replaced in the itinerary by Chishaku-in Temple. If the Jidai Festival is postponed, we will follow suit with the itinerary change. *This tour will not enter Heian Jingu Shrine's Shin-en garden. *During the Gion Festival (Sakimatsuri, July 15 - 16), drop-off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel and Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto will be unavailable due to traffic restrictions. *Connections from this tour can be made to the "Kyoto Maiko Dinner" and "Kyoto Night Tour". Connections are generally made at Kyoto Hotel Okura.
